Abstract
Our study observed high similarity of Ct values across commonly used SARS-CoV-2 platforms. We compared 3 RT-PCR methods utilized within our laboratory, the Roche Cobas® SARS-CoV-2 assay, the Cepheid Xpert®-Xpress-CoV-2-Flu-RSV-Plus assay, and a Quest Diagnostics laboratory-developed test (LDT).
