Event brochure for the first annual University of Massachusetts and New England Area Librarian e-Science Symposium, held Monday, April 6, 2009 at the Hoagland-Pincus Conference Center, Shrewsbury, MA. The brochure includes the symposium program schedule, speaker biographies, and additional resources.

The symposium included Breakout Sessions and a Facilitated Group Discussion, where attendees discussed recommendations of next steps for action, to be ultimately reported as recommendations for area librarians to pursue in the support of their institutional scientific research. The Discussion Questions for Breakout Sessions and the Responses to Discussion Questions are included as additional files.
