Abstract
A case study on MassOptions presented during a National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities webinar. MassOptions is a free online and telephonic help service that simplifies access to long term services and supports for the elderly, individuals with disabilities and their caregivers in Massachusetts. MassOptions is a program supported by the multidisciplinary team of the UMass Medical School, UHealthSolutions, the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and Community Partners. The presentation describes the results, outcomes, and services of this unique program.
