We report a case of an unintentional ingestion of “Mystical Fire” colorant containing copper sulfate resulting in hepatic and renal toxicity, hemolysis, methemoglobinemia, and gastric injury treated with hemodialysis, surgical interventions, plasmapheresis, and chelation.Source
