Increasing Flexibility for Adult Learners: Merging a Hybrid Course with a Fully Online Course

Abstract

The objectives of this presentation are to: 1. Examine the processes and outcomes of a project aimed at increasing enrollment into two nurse educator courses at the Graduate School of Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Worcester. 2. Discuss the pros and cons of the strategy selected for the project.
