The goals of this presentation are to: review some (not all) clinical scenarios involving advanced HIV infection; consider some (not all) opportunistic infection (OI) scenarios; discuss OI prophylaxis; discuss alternative HIV regimens; and briefly review most pertinent data regarding TB/HIV coinfection.DOI
