Statistics available for collections, communities and the entire repository
Usage statistics are available from a collection or community's landing page and from the home page of the repository. There are two views.
Statistics menu in the sidebar
In the Statistics menu in the sidebar, statistics on “Most Popular Items,” “Statistics by Country” and “Most Popular Authors” are available. These lists can be filtered by region, time period and number of results (maximum 200). The statistics provided are contextual and will reflect the home/community/collection page you were on when you clicked the option in the Statistics menu.
Show Statistical Information button
A “Show Statistical Information” button is available by scrolling to the bottom of the repository home page and each collection or community landing page. Available statistics are: All Time Usage, Total Usage per Month (Last Six Months), Top Item Visits (All Time), Top File Downloads (All Time), Top Country Visits (All Time) and Top City Visits (All Time).
In the All Time Usage chart, a “view” is a visit to the landing page of an item and a “file” is a file download. In the Total Usage per Month chart, Community and Collection statistics reflect visits to that community or collection home page only. Country Visit and City Visit counts include both page views and file downloads.
